Partnership Opportunities
By partnering with the Texas Public Purchasing Association throughout the year, organizations are able to increase their visibility and better create awareness for their company’s products and/or services. TxPPA Annual Partners are provided privileged access to members and additional benefits throughout the year and during the Spring and Fall conferences.
Each partnership level provides different benefits. The partnership opportunities available include:

Platinum Partner: $10,000
- Participation as an exhibitor at both the Spring and Fall 2026 Conference
- Double exhibit booth/table with expo badges for four (4) representatives
- Prominent booth/table placement
- Participation in the member/vendor lunch held before the vendor expo
- Access to an electronic list of conference attendees two (2) weeks before the event
- Prominent display of partner logo during the conference
- Company logo listed as a Platinum Partner on looped digital presentation for conference attendees
- Full delegate registration for two (2) to the Spring and Fall conference—includes all educational sessions and meals (not to be used for marketing purposes)
- Invitation to attend the conference welcome reception
- Acknowledgement on the conference mobile app
- Opportunity to provide one (1) promotional item in the conference welcome bag
- Ability to provide a 30-second promotional video to be shared on TxPPA's website and social media platforms
- Invitation for four (4) to attend a dinner hosted by the TxPPA President. Attendees include the TxPPA Board and other leading procurement professionals from partner associations
