The Texas Public Purchasing Association (TxPPA) offers two conferences each year to provide educational and networking opportunities for public procurement professionals from across the State of Texas.

Sponsorship Opportunities

By partnering with the Texas Public Purchasing Association throughout the year, organizations are able to increase their visibility and better create awareness for their company’s products and/or services. TxPPA Annual Partners are provided privileged access to members and additional benefits throughout the year and during the Spring and Fall conferences.

Platinum Partner
$10,000

• Participation as an exhibitor at both the Spring and Fall 2025 Conferences.
• On-site expo badges for four (4) representatives.
• Prominent booth placement.
• Participation in the vendor workshop and lunch, which will be held prior to the vendor expos.
• Electronic list of conference attendees two (2) weeks prior to the event.
• Prominent display of partner logo during the conferences.
• Company logo listed as a Platinum Partner on looped digital presentation for conference attendees.
• Full delegate registration for two (2) to the TxPPA conferences—includes education sessions and meals (not to be used for marketing purposes).

​Separate registrations available for each of the Summer and Fall Conferences held by the association.

Standard Tabletop Exhibit: $1,750

• Includes access to registration for two (2) representatives for the vendor expo.
• Includes participation in the vendor workshop and lunch held prior to the vendor expo.
• Includes one (1) 6’ table and two (2) chairs.
• Access to pre-conference registration list two (2) weeks prior to the start of the conference.

Double Tabletop Exhibit: $3,000

• This exhibit opportunity provides expanded space for exhibiting companies to further promote their products and services.
• Includes access to registration for four (4) representatives for the vendor expo. 
• Includes participation in the vendor workshop and lunch held prior to the vendor expo.
• Includes two (2) 6’ tables and four (4) chairs.
• Access to pre-conference registration list two (2) weeks prior to the start of the conference.
