Listserv

What is Listserv? Listserv is an electronic mailing list (email) available to TxPPA members that have subscribed to the TxPPA Listserv. Using the Listserv, subscribers can communicate with each other to ask questions or discuss common topics of interest.

How does it work?  You send an email to one address and all subscribers receive it.  When you respond to a post, your response is received by all subscribers.  So whether or not you are actively participating in a discussion thread, you will receive all of the emails as the other subscribers send them to the Listserv.  To post to this list, send an email to: listserv@txppa.org.

What if I don’t want all those emails?  You can sign up for the daily digest version of the Listserv.  A Daily Digest will be sent to you once a day, which contains all of the posts made to the Listserv that day.

How to I subscribe or unsubscribe to the TxPPA Listserv?  First, you must be a TxPPA member.

To join the TxPPA Listserv, visit http://mail.txppa.org/lists and follow the on-screen instructions.  Once the moderator activates your account, you’ll receive a welcome message with Listserv rules and tips for posting.

To contact the moderator of this list or to request a posting to the list, send email to: listserv-moderator@txppa.org.

If you ever want to unsubscribe or change your options (e.g., switch to or from digest mode, change your password, etc.), login to your account page using your email address and password at: http://mail.txppa.org/ips-cp.

You can also unsubscribe by sending an email to the mailing list with a subject of 'unsubscribe' (without the quotes).  You will then get a verification email to validate that you want to unsubscribe.
